After signing the contract, communication became extremely poor — calls were rarely answered, and follow-ups were minimal.
There were also ongoing concerns regarding maintenance management. … More Trades were engaged regularly without sufficient explanation or supporting evidence, raising concerns about unnecessary costs and lack of transparency.
The overall experience showed a lack of customer care and accountability. Based on this, I would not recommend their services.

The house is very big in hills area with many characters like brand new swimming pool, hot tub, brand new workshop, granny flats, old septic tank system, etc so could we find a good tenant who can maintain the house as we bought as before so that when we move into the house later years, we don't regret for renting out the house.
In regard to my 2 initial concerns myself, I can now say that Robyn is the Best in market. We had no connection whatsoever with Robyn or her company. We happened to know her from one of our early unsuccessful house hunting and she had renting appraisal for the house for us over the phone and I remembered her number and even though we never met her before, after consideration, we decided to sign up with Robyn for our house rental management mainly because of her "Can Do" attitude. She was very confident about finding right tenant at right time for us and she had brilliant action plans in doing so. On the week we settle for our house, Robyn found the right tenant for us and it's $300 more per week than rental appraisal. If this was not Robyn, I highly doubt that we could find this tenant this early for this price. As per our concern number 2, so far we are very happy with our current tenant as they appreciate a lot for living in the house where they need the house for their lifestyle.
From tenants perspective, Robyn is fantastic too, I guess. Among other applicants, she knows that who is the right type of people for your property and she won't be biased against other factors like others in matching right tenant and owner.
The other day we saw an ad for lease in hills by Robyn and it was priced a bit higher than we thought, but guess what? That was gone next week for the price and I also think that if it was by different agent, it would not go that quick.
